Returns and refunds policy
We have a 30-working-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact our team at contact@felinecorner.com explaining the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we will email you a return label to print and attach to your parcel before dropping it off at a collection point or post office.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return costs
We cover the return costs for a period of 30 days from receipt of the order.
There are no restocking fees.
Specific return and refund conditions
• Returns due to change of mind: If you change your mind after purchase, you may return the product within 30 working days, provided it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• Defective items: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service department immediately, ideally within 48 hours, for instructions. FelineCorner will cover the return shipping costs within 30 working days and provide a replacement product or refund.
• Damaged items: If the product arrives damaged, please send us photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and cover the return shipping costs if necessary.
• Incorrect product received: If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours and we will cover the return shipping costs and ensure you receive the correct product.
• Product not received: If your product never arrived, contact us within 48 hours so we can launch an investigation with the carrier. If the product is not found, we will offer a full refund or a replacement product.
• Cancellation after ordering: You may cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the returns procedure after receiving the product.
Policy for damaged or defective items
Upon receipt of damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service department ideally within 48 hours, but if this is not possible, please contact us as soon as you notice a problem. Send us photos of the defect or damage. We will inspect the item and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund.
Policy for undamaged items
You may return the undamaged and unused product within 30 working days. Please ensure it is in its original packaging.
This does not apply to personalised items.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted. The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Timeframes
• Return timeframe: Returns must be reported and shipped within 30 working days of receiving the product.
• Refund timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 30 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email.
• Refund conditions: A refund is approved if the product is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. Refunds for defective or incorrectly delivered products are approved after inspection.
• Refund methods: Refunds are made to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
